★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The time we visited, there was no hot water and gym was closed.
In such a cold time, I don't think someone would stay in hotel without a hot water even if it's free. The strange part was that they were still charging something around 450 per night!!

The meeting room smells very bad.
I was there a couple of weeks ago and i got food poisoning from their restaurant.
Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even if its the best choice in the area, but it doesn't deserve more than 3 over 10. The building is old, the air conditioning is bad and not sufficient. The parking sucks. And the main point is the price which is expensive compared to other hotels with better services.

-Dusty balconies, bad old furniture , toilets require maintenance, doors , elevator ..and the list go on .
-Management needs to refurnish this hotel as it is very old and falling apart, but if you can’t find a place to stay for the night , you will find a room here .
Nevertheless It’s need a complete renovation .
-Staff is okay, they are trying to do the best they could .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception guy for the morning shift comes only to smoke and drink coffee.
I have Informed him many times in the morning to make my room clean.but never I found it done after I come back.
Everytime card for the room is not working.
Call reception or laundry they will not answer your call.
Old furniture and walls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star to say the least. The service was below average. No hot water at all. The coffee shop is open but nobody is there. When I went to sleep somebody from the front disk got into my room, he said he thought the room was available and he wanted to show it to a customer!!!!!!! That's what pissed me off. Also they need to find a way to get more parking spots. Overall I'll give it 3 out of 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best thing of this Hotel is, perhaps, the view. The place is too expensive for the condition and service. Very poorly trained staff. It is the only game in town, and definitely they are taking advantage of the situation.
i would rate it a negative star if they had one!!!
Water smells like sewer, no clean towels, food is terrible. Rude rude staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel located in a very amazing place that has one of the best views to the city, but it has the worst design ever! The entrance doesn't support the special needs and their elevator was broken.
Even the suite's design not practical at all. Not clean, and very expensive.
But to be fair, the people at the receptions were nice and cooperative.
