★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقة من غرفتين وصالة كبيرة حلوه نظيفة موقع ممتاز قديمه شويه بس ما يضرها وسعر في غير ايام الصيف والأعياد مره ممتاز اخذتها ٢٥٠ بدون ضريبه تقريبا

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ممتاز بس غالي جدا رحته في الصيفية ياخد 370 عالغرفة و يتعلل بالموسم ، مع اني رحت لفندق تاني في نفس مستواه اخد 250 ريال .. انما ميزته بيعطيك شقة غرفة نوم و صالة فيها غاز و عدة مطبخ و طاولة كوى

استأجرت فيه ٣ مرات، وأكثر من وحدة في وقت واحد
وهو مكان معتمد بالنسبة لي عند نزلونا في الباحة
الإيجابيات:
نظافة
أثاث جميل ومرتب
سعة
واستقبال جميل
وسعر مرتفع شوي، ولكن مقابل النظافة نتجاوز عن السعر
عيبهم قلة الحمامات (حمام واحد في وحدة من غرفتين وصالة)!

المميزات : الشقة وسيعة ومرتبة والموكيت جيد
الاستقبال والموظفين قمة في الاحترام والتعاون
خدمة الغرف سريعين ومتجاوبين ومتعاونين معك لأبعد الحدود
موقعها جميل بالنسبة لمخارج الحدائق وغابة رغدان مثلا غابة رغدان 8 كيلو وحديقة الأمير حسام 1 كيلو فقط عنك
البقالة ومغسلة الملابس والصيدلية تروح لها مشي اقل من 400 متر
العيوب :
جميع الشقق لايوجد بها سوى حمام واحد فقط وهذا مزعج اذا كان معك اكثر من شخصين فكيف بعائلة
تواجد الكلاب الضالة أكرمكم الله قبل الفجر وبعده ومزعجة جدا بنباحها
يوجد تحت المبنى مطعم أسماك لا أنصح به مطلقا بعد تجربتي الشخصية له
مواقف السيارات مزدحمة دائما وضيقة وبصعوبة تجد موقف للسيارة بعد الساعة العاشرة ليلا
سعر الشقق مرتفع نوعا ما على البعض وربما مناسب لآخرين حيث شقة من غرفتين نوم وصالة ومطبخ وحمام سعرها لليلة واحدة : 538 ريال
