โ โ โ โ โ My brother bought me a dumbbell water bottle. When I came to use it, I tried to close the lid where you drink from. It didn't fit, so I just applied a little bit of pressure and it just broke. I went to the store again, the cashier had me call the management(Their number is just outside the store on the glass door). The management picked up on the first call, were very polite and responsive. They gave me a new lid with no charge. Very good customer service. I recommend this place not just because of the service, but also the good prices for the products you can get from them!
