★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سكنت في شقة مكونة من حمام واحد وفيه غسالة ملابس وسخان ماء ومروش ومغسلة وكرسي حمام - اكرمكم الله ،-نسبة تدفق الماء ممتازة وقوية
مطبخ مجهز ب ثلاجة ومايكرويف وغلاية ماء وفرن كهربائي صغير ونشارة للملابس . وطفاية حريق وعدد من الصحون والاكواب والملاعق والسكاكين .
صالة الجلوس وسيعه وفيها جلسة كنب مع طاولة طعام وساعة جدارية وتلفاز بقنوات محدووودة ومكيف ومراية طويلة وتلفون .
غرفة نوم رئيسية مع سرير كبير و تلفاز وتسريحة وثلاجة صغيرة خاصة ودولاب من بابين للملابس وسجادة صلاة ومصحف لقراءة القرآن ، وجلسة خاصة . ومكيف .
غرفة النوم الثانية مع سريرين ودولاب ملابس من بابين وتسريحة ومكواة للملابس وكواية ومكيف .
الايجابيات :
1- موظف الاستقبال في قمة الادب والاحترام ويلبي احتياجات النزلاء . شكراا لتعاملك وقمة اخلاقك .
2- رحابة واتساع الشقة
3- الخصوصية .
4- تدفق الماء في دورة المياه ممتاز جدااا.
4- وجود مغسلة وكافي في نفس المبنى .
5- مرونة في تسجيل الدخول والخروج .
السلبيات :
السعر غالي مقارنة بالشقة
1- عوازل الشباك ، تحتاج للصيانة .
2- المكيفات تحتاج لتنظيف الفلاتر .
3- قنوات التلفاز محدوووودة
4- أفياش الكهرباء اغلبها ثنائي وتحتاج للتغيرات وصيانتها .
5- شبكة الواي فاي ممتازه في الصالة ومعدومة في الغرف الداخلية .
6- مرتبة سرير النوم من النوع الطبي الشديد . مؤذي للبعض ولا يجد الراحة عليه .
7- بعض ادوات المطبخ قليلة جدا فقط صحون وملاعق واكواب
8- مواقف السيارات عدد ١١ في الباركينق . وتستطيع الوقوف بجانب الفندق فهناك مجال واتساع ولكن وقت الحرارة العالية الوقوف خارج الفندق صعب جدااا
9- النظافة ٦/١٠ ، عمال النظافة يحتاج الى توجيههم ومراقبة اعمالهم في نظافة الشقق وتحت الأسرة والكنب ودورات المياه والمطابخ

Negatives :
The price is expensive compared to the apartment
1- Window insulators, need maintenance.
2- Air conditioners need to clean the filters.
3- TV channels are limited
4- The electrical shields are mostly dual and require changes and maintenance.
5- Wi-Fi network is excellent in the hall, and there is no lack in the interior rooms.
6- The sleeping bed mattress is of the severe medical type. Harmful to some and do not find comfort in it.
7- Some kitchen utensils are very few, only plates, spoons and cups
8- 11 car parks in the parking. And you can stand next to the hotel, there is room and breadth, but the time of high temperature to stand outside the hotel is very difficult

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ السعر عالي جداً مقارنة بمستوى الشقة العادي كان في الاستقبال نيبالي غير مختص التكييف سيء للغاية الاثاث جيد لكن السرير غير مرتب والخدمة داخل الشقق غير جيده رغم ان الأرضيات والجدران جيدة الا ان الخدمة وخاصةً التكييف سيء جداً كان صاحب الشقق متعاون لكن الشقق كلها كانت سيئة في التكييف. رغم محاولته تغيير الشقة الا انه لم يستطيع. لن أكرر السكن فيها
