★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and indifferent staff. Took ages to check me in, and in between he went away to watch a football goal. Wanted me to key in pin to the credit card machine displaying Arabic digits which I can't read. The staff don't seem to have the basic hospitality training. They hardly speak English which make the whole experience even worse.
