★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اخر تعامل لي معاهم للأسف الموظفات اخلاقهم جدا سيئة وينظرولك بنظرة استعلاء وعدم احترام ولا لما تجي تقلك ترا ذا براند غالي ما تقدري علي ايش المقصد من هذا الكلام نروح تكلمها هي جالسة وانت واقف وتطل فيك بنظرة استعلاء مو طبيعية ما تدري انت رايح تشتري بفلوسك ولا بحلالهم ارجع اقول اخلاقهم سيئة بالذات المشرفة في وحدة صراحة خلوقة لكن ايش يهم اذا وحدة بس والبقية اخلاق ماش وتعامل سيء ومن طرف الخشم هذا غير انك مسوي ضمان والضمان ما يضمن شي كل ما تروح تقلهم شي يقولوا هذا منك من استعمالك وهو سوء صنع من عندهم اجل شالفايدة تدفع مبلغ وقدره على احسن انواع العدسات في النهاية لما يحصل فيها حاجة وتكون خلل بسببهم او بسبب العدسات السيئة ما يضمنوا هذا الشي ندمانة اني مسوية نظارتي عندهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ زيارتي لهم كانت بعد صلاة الظهر المحل كان غير مزدحم ، العاملين بالمكان بنات سعوديات في قمة الاخلاق ومتعاونين لأبعد حد استقبالهم كان اكثر من رائع وقاموا بمساعدتي بالإختيار ولم يتضايقوا او يتضجروا بسبب عدم الاختيار بشكل سريع ، والمحل مرتب ونظيف ، يحتوي العديد من الماركات العالميه بأسعار مختلفه ، الاسعار مرتفعه ولكن اصليه وتستحق التجربة ، قمت بطلب عدستين لنظارتين مختلفه إيطار قديم للتعديل عليه وإيطار تم شراؤه من المحل ، كما يوجد لديهم انواع مختلفة من العدسات الصيني والالماني والفرنسي وكل نوع له سعر ، توجهت لهم بعد عمل الكشف بالمركز التخصصي للعيون المركز الملاصق للمحل وبناءا على القراءات تم عمل العدسات ، القراءات كانت دقيقه وتم التأكد منها عن طريق المركز التخصصي للعيون ، وسبب توجهي لهم لوجود خصم لمراجعي المركز التخصصي للعيون ، بعد استلام النظارات اتضح ان احد الايطارات يوجد به خلل وتوجهت لهم بالفترة المسائيه وكان ايضا استقبالهم اكثر من رائع وتعاملوا مع الموقف بكل احترافيه وقاموا بتغير الإيطار وتبديل العدسات بدون اي فرق بالسعر ، المنتجات والتعامل والخدمه جميعها ممتازه ويستحق المركز ٥ نجوم بكل جدارة ، واشكر الموظفات على حسن تعاملهم ورحابة صدرهم ، تعاملي معهم كان لأول مره وسأقوم بتكرار الزيارة طبعا .
عمل العدسات استغرق ٤ ايام يعتبر وقت ممتاز ومعقول
My visit to them was after the noon prayer, the shop was not crowded, the workers in the place are Saudi girls who are very moral and cooperative to the extreme. Their reception was more than wonderful and they helped me choose and they were not bothered or bored because of the lack of choice quickly, and the shop is tidy and clean, it contains many international brands at different prices The prices are high, but they are original and worth a try. I ordered two lenses for two different glasses, an old frame for adjustment and a frame purchased from the store. They also have different types of Chinese, German and French lenses, and each type has a price. On the readings, the lenses were made. The readings were accurate and were confirmed by the Eye Specialist Center, and the reason I went to them was because there was a discount for the auditors of the Eye Specialist Center. After receiving the glasses, it became clear that one of the tires had a defect and I went to them in the evening, and their reception was more than wonderful and they dealt with The situation was very professional, and they changed the frame and replaced the lenses without any difference in the price, the products, the handling and the service were all excellent, and the position deserved 5 stars. All merit, and I thank the female employees for their good treatment and openness. My dealings with them was for the first time, and I will repeat the visit, of course.
It took 4 days to make the lenses, which is an excellent and reasonable time
