★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمه ممتازه وأسعاره طيبه تعامل رائع من الدكتوره السودانيه المسئوله عن كشف النظر وتعامل رائع من السعوديات اللي يعملون في المحل والموظف المصري الرائع المبتسم دائما نشكر الدكتور حامد سليمان الأحمدي على هذا الاختيار وعلى فروعه المتميزه ومن تقدم إلى تقدم ان شاء الله
Excellent service and good prices, wonderful treatment from the Sudanese doctor who is responsible for detecting eyesight and wonderful treatment from Saudi women who work in the shop and the wonderful Egyptian employee who is always smiling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ وحرام النجمه بعد شالمواعيد الي عندهم نص ساعه انتظر وكأن المحل بوفيه متى م فتح فتح
And the star is forbidden after the appointments that they have half an hour wait as if the shop was a buffet when it opened it opened

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعاملت معهم قبل كذا بفرع اخر كانت الخدمة ممتازة
اما الان تعاملت مع الفرع هذا
بالبداية عطيت الموظفة الاطار حق النضارة وقالت لي غدا تكون راكبة العدسات عليها وقالت لي (تعال بكرا المساء استلمها وبتكون وصلتك رسالة او اتصال مننا نبلغك)
ثاني يوم لا جاني لا اتصال ولا رسالة رحت لهم الفرع بعد العشا قال الموظفة ما وصلتنا نضارتك لكن في دفعه جاية بعد ساعة تقريبا قلت خير اجيكم الصبح وسألتها عن وقت الدوام قالت نفتح ٩ ونص ، ٩رنص حكم انا برا مافي احد انتظرت تقريبا ١٠ دقايق وبعدها مشيت
جيتهم المغرب ومعي ايطار نضارة لاختي قلت اسوئها بالمرة
ولحسن الحظ لقيت نضارتي مخلصه وسلمتهم نضارة اختي
قالت لي الموظفة تجينا موافقة من التأمين ونسويها لك
اتصلت ثاني يوم قالت وصلت الموافقة تخلص بكرا
جيت بكرا قالت احنا نتواصل معك اذا خلصت
اتصلت بنفس اليوم الليل قالت لي اشوف النضارات الي عندي و اعواد الاتصال بك
وطبعا لا اتصلت ولا شي
رحت اليوم لقيت النضارة مخلصه ولا اتصلو علي ولا شي
الصراحه تجربة جدا سيئة ولا انصح بالتعامل مع ذا الفرع
I dealt with them before in another branch, the service was excellent
But now I dealt with this branch
In the beginning, I gave the employee the right to freshen up the frame, and she told me tomorrow she will be wearing the lenses on it, and she said to me (Come tomorrow evening, I will pick it up and you will receive a message or call from us, we will inform you)
The second day, no, no call, no message, I went to the branch after dinner. The employee said, “We did not receive your freshness, but there is a payment coming in about an hour.” I said, “Good, come to you in the morning.”
I came to Morocco, and I had a fresh tire for my sister. I said the worst thing ever
Fortunately, I found my sincere freshness and handed them the freshness of my sister
The employee told me to get approval from the insurance and we will settle it for you
I called the second day, she said I received the approval, get rid of tomorrow
I came tomorrow and said we will contact you if you are done
I called the same day the night and she told me to see the fresheners I have and I will call you back
Of course I didn't call or anything
I went today and found the freshness sincere and do not call me or anything
Honesty is a very bad experience and I do not recommend dealing with this branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ في عاملة في المحل.... ياانها غيثيثة وماادري وش وظيفتها في المحل... ماعندها اي حس للمبادرة... ياليت تتطور من نفسها لأجل مستقبلها.. والمحل صار في تتدهور من جودة النظارات... صار لي افصل عندهم ٣ مرات وكلها سيئة
There is a worker in the shop.... She is Ghaitha and I don't know what her job is in the shop... She doesn't have any sense of initiative... I wish she could develop herself for her future... The shop is deteriorating due to the quality of the glasses... I have been separated from them 3 times and all of them bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse coustomer service, i just left the store mad, the lady in the store busy laughing palying on the phone, doesn't know nothing about the products.
You should reevaluate your employees and start teaching how to provide coustomer service, phones should be only accessible during brake time
