★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل المحل مع الأسف غير جيد وغير احترافي بالذات الشخص السعودي ، اشتريت منهم شابورة بغصم بزيت الزيتون عدد ٦ أكياس كهدايا وشحنتها بالطائرة الى جدة ومكة ، وعند وصولي فتحت أحد الاكياس ووجدت ريحتها كريحة الدود ( اكرمكم الله ) وفاسدة وتم رميها .
وعند عودتي ذهبت للمحل لتنبيههم وكنت انتظر استقبال واعتذار على أقل تقدير ، مع الاسف الشخص السعودي يقول ما لنا دخل بالموضوع ورح راجع المصنع ، قلت انا شريتها منكم أقل تقدير يتم استقبال زبونكم بشكل ودي واحترام ، لكن عبارة حنا مالنا دخل ولا تتكلم معنا .
على اية حال هذا تنبيه للجميع ، وانا عن نفسي لن اتعامل مع هذا المحل السيء هو وادارته غير الاحترافية .
فمن اجل مكسب بسيط يتم التخلي عن المسئولية ، ولا اعتقد ان هذه اصول التجارة لمن يفهمها .
Unfortunately, the store dealt very poorly and unprofessional, especially the Saudi person. I bought 6 bags of olive oil from them as gifts and shipped them by plane to Jeddah and Makkah. When I arrived, I opened one of the bags and found it smelled like worms (God bless you) and it was rotten and thrown away.
When I came back, I went to the store to warn them, and I was waiting for a reception and an apology at the very least. Unfortunately, the Saudi person says we have nothing to do with the matter and will go back to the factory. I said I bought it from you at the very least. Your customer will be received in a friendly and respectful manner, but the phrase “Hana” has nothing to do with us and does not speak to us.
In any case, this is a warning to everyone, and I myself will not deal with this bad shop and its unprofessional management.
For the sake of a simple gain, responsibility is abandoned, and I do not think that these are the principles of trade for those who understand them.
