اسعار غالية جدا.
مجرد تبدا بالدخول المحل وسؤال عن التمر والسعر تشعر انك غير مرحب بك.
استقبال غير محبب، أسوأ تجربة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ قبل كم سنه شريت منه مكنوز سكري ...التمره زينة ولونه زين لكن التمر مرشوش عليه سكر يقاله جروشه...حنا عيال فلاليح ونعرف جروشة التمر أما أنك تأكل التمر ويطقطق السكر بأفمك لا ومن زود الغش مربصينه بالدبس علشان يضيعون الطعم ...وكانت أول وأخر مرة اشتري منهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أنا أتعامل معهم من ١٠ سنوات وزي الحلاوة وعندهم ٣ أحجام ..
لكن آخر مره اشتريت منهم سكري وجداً متغير بس ذقته وقلت بتواصل معهم إذا يستبدلونه بنوع ثاني ..
تواصلت مع راعي التمور أبو عبدالرحمن وشرحت له إن التمر مو مثل اللي آخذ قال أبشر باللي تامر فيه .. قلت ودي استبدله ومع الآسف كان رده صادم ..
رفض وقال مانقدر بالكرتون الواحد توافق ممكن كيسه ماكنزت زين او ماهي كويسه !!
طيب وش ذنبي أنا ؟
توقعته بيقوله رجعه وابشر ..
لكن قال مانقدر والله ..
طيب إذا انت تعرف ان التمر ممكن يطلع فيه شي أقل من جودة التمور اللي عندك المفروض تسبدله مو تبرر وتعتذر ماراح تستبدله !!
والله بعد هالكلام اتجهت لتمور المانع ..
ووالله الذي لااله الا هو ان تمور المانع شي خرافي لا واللي يهمك تعامله راقي ولا فيه طمع زي اخونا اللي له فوق ١٥ سنه يشتغل بالتمر وحصل خير الله يرزقنا واياه وبالاخير مايبي يستبدل تمر جودته اقل من عاديه ..
والمانع قالي اذا ماجاز لك ابد رجعه والله يحييك ..
هذا اللي يحتاجه الزبون التعامل الطيب والحسن ..

I expected him to say it back and gladly ..
But he said: We cannot, by God.
Well, if you know that dates can come out with something less than the quality of the dates you have to exchange, they are not justified and apologize, you will not exchange them !!
By God, after these words, I turned to Al-Mana dates.
By God, who is no god but is that Almana dates are a mythical thing.
And the mindset said: If it is permissible for you to return, and may God give you life ..
This is what the customer needs is a good deal ..
