★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a haircut and blow dry with Anne, the Italian hair specialist. She and so nice and welcoming and her work is amazing. She understood what I wanted and added in her experience and know-how. I will definitely come again and again because I trust her with my hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad front desk. Very bad costumer service. Receptionists are highly unprofessional and unorganized. Can’t manage the crowed.
Hair dressers tho are good. Anna’s skills in hair cutting are amazing. It’s the only thing that makes me come to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go there only because of the italian hairdresser ANNA otherwise this place is UNACCEPTABLE u enter they don't even say hi to u they just ask you to pay without even tell u thanks. the employees are rude impolite volgar unprofessional loud all on their phone watching videos loud eating chewing gum doing bubbles. Awful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The four stars for nails service that used to be good while the hair treatment is so bad, In 2019, I treated my hair with the worst treatment ever I have suffered from it until now. It seems to be for African hair but they recommend it for mine.
