I had my hair trimmed with Faten she is very professional i really recommende her!

The only drawback, when i booked the appointment i asked if they use olaplex they told me YES !
When i came they were trying to not answer my question directly tell i told them show me the products

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst management EVER, the receptionist/supervisor is not professional at ALL. She lacks integrity and work ethics, and lied in so many occasions just to have people come to the salon. She even lied about one of the hairdresser’s name saying it’s the one I asked for but it wasn’t. I met 4 girls in the salon and ho had similar incidents as me. She should be fired. It’s sad cuz the hairdressers there are good but the one managing the appointment as NOT.
