احذروا التعامل مع هذه الشركة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف تم التواصل معي من قبل المندوب وتم الافاده بوصول الشحنه بالواتس اب في نفس اليوم وبعد الانتظار الي اليوم السادس لم تصل ويتم الاتصال على المندوب لايرد ولا يستطيع تحديد الوقت والي هذه اللحظه لم يتم التوصيل خدمة جدا سيئة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للآسف لدي شحنه من تاريخ 1/5/2021 و الى تاريخ اليوم لم تصل و لها الان شهر كامل و عند التواصل مع المندوب التوصيل يفيدني ان السياره متعطله و انها بالورشه ، هل هذا يعقل و عند التواصل معهم في تويتر و الواتساب لا يتم التجاوب و الرد ، بصراحه تقييم سيئ
Unfortunately, I have a shipment from 1/5/2021 to today. It has not arrived and it has now been for a whole month. When I contact the representative, the delivery informs me that the car is broken and that it is in the workshop. Is this reasonable? Reply, to be honest

اتمنى منكم المصداقيه وسرعة تسليم الشحنات
Unfortunately, I have a shipment that is a month old, and so far, I have not received it. I contacted their representative, Selim once, and he said that I will deliver you before Eid, but unfortunately I have called him and sent him what he replied.
