★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They used to be a “food truck” type of business before they had a store. After establishing a store they promised “same great service and more” (as shown in the attached WhatsApp message from them). Until the car delivery service started to become very slow.
I put up with this slowness for about two months until I got fed up today, when the delivery person answered my question “why does it always take a long time?” He said “yeah, of course it will take a long time.” And continued to have attitude with me. From that moment I decided to never come to this place again.
The Karak is great, but, I’m genuinely turned off from the service. It’s not better than the previous style.
50% is the product and 50% is the service. Otherwise anyone can make Karak, it’s not that difficult. But we customers like to leave our house for a different experience, but not a bad experience.
