M	M3ali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان جميل ولكن صاحب المكان للأسف الشدييييد غير مؤهل للتعامل مع الزبائن "أسلوب غير حضاري بتاتاً وتعامل من سيء الى اسوء " صُدمنا بمثل هذا الفعل على أهل حائل "ولكن لن أعمم" ولي زيارة اخرى لحائل الحبيبه بمكان راقي و جميل مثل أهلها❤️ The place is beautiful, but the owner of the place, unfortunately, is not qualified to deal with customers "totally uncivilized style and deal from bad to worse" we were shocked by such an act on the people of Hail "but I will not generalize" and I have another visit to Hail beloved in a classy and beautiful place like her family ❤️

E	Erteqa Almoqbel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ منظمة جدا ونظيفه ما شاء الله عيبها وقت الدخول والخروج ١٢ الظهر وقت الحر، ياليت يتغير ل ٤ العصر يكون افضل. وبالنسبه للمنطقه فيها (حمير) سائبه بكثرة اصواتها ومناظرها مزعجه ياليت يتم التواصل مع البلديه لحل المشكله. بالنسبه لفلاتر المسبح ورذاذ المويه ما يتحكم فيها المستأجر . وتلفزيون الصاله ما يشتغل. وتطبيقات التوصيل ما تغطي المنطقه. مخدومة وفيها ككل شيء خذو بس ملابسكم . very organized And clean, God willing The disadvantage is that the time of entry and exit is 12 noon when it is free, I wish it changed to 4 in the afternoon, it would be better. As for the area, there are (donkeys) loose, with a lot of their voices and annoying scenes. I wish the municipality would be contacted to solve the problem. With regard to pool filters and water spray, they are not controlled by the tenant. The TV is not working. And the applications of delivery do not cover the region. Serviced and where everything is just take your clothes.
ع	عبير الورد on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ زرت الجهة الأخرى من الشاليه لم يكن هناك مسبح مكشوف كما في الصور أظنه فيلا فالي رقم ١ ، كان المكان جميل ونظيف وفيه بعض الألعاب المناسبة للأطفال، شكرا للقائمين عليه اتمنى فقط اصلاح نافورة المياة التي تقع في وسط الشاليه حيث هناك ماء يسيل في الطريق وقد تسبب في اذية الأطفال . I visited the other side of the chalet, there was no outdoor swimming pool as in the pictures, I think it was Villa Valley No. 1, the place was nice and clean and there were some games suitable for children, thank you to the people in charge of it. I just hope to fix the water fountain located in the middle of the chalet where there is water flowing in the road and it caused in harming children.
ع	عبد لله on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أشكر لصاحب الشاليه سعة صدره وتقبله للإقتراح ولذا سوف أعطيه خمس نجوم ولا زلت آمل منه إعادة النظر في التالي: أولاً : نظام هيئة السياحة الدخول ٤ العصر والخروج يبدأ من الساعة ١٢ ظهراً ، واحد جايك من بعيد وسهران ومن يوم يصلي الفجر تطلب منه يطلع ولا تعطيه فرصة ينام إلى الظهر ويريح!!! أتمنى إعادة النظر في ذلك ثانياً : الجهات المختصة تذكر أن أكثر سبب لوفاة الاطفال هو غرقهم بالمسابح، فمن المهم أن تضع حاجز عن المسبح، ارواح الاطفال غاليه علينا وعليك فلو وضعت حاجز زجاجي لا يشوه المنظر وفي ذات الوقت فيه حفظ للاطفال وعدم حرمان للاسر التي معها اطفال من دخول الشاليه. ولك خالص الود والتقدير ?
