1-نظيفة وموقعها جيد من حيث الحي لان حي صبابه من أفضل ألاحياء بحائل
2-الخدمات اغلبها بجوارها. مقابلها صيدليه وبقاله ومحطة بنزين وبحانبها مغسلة ملابس
3-تصميم الشقق واسع ومريح
4-التكييف جيد
5-الاثاث نظيف وجديد
للأسف
1-خدمة الإنترنت ليست جيدة بالشكل المطلوب
2- للأسف الأسعار فيها شي من المبالغة
 Beit Hail Furnished apartments in my opinion are distinguished
1- It is clean and its location is good in terms of the neighborhood because Sababa neighborhood is one of the best neighborhoods in Hail
2- Most of the services are next to it. In front of it is a pharmacy, grocery and gas station, and next to it is a laundry
3- The design of the apartments is spacious and comfortable
4- Air conditioning is good
5- The furniture is clean and new
Unfortunately
1- The internet is not good enough
2- Unfortunately, the prices are a bit exaggerated
