★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الإستقبال اكلمهم وبعد عندي اكثر من إستفسار حطت السماعه الووو الووو سحبو علي ..وصلت لهم دخلو واحد بعدي مادري شكلي اليوم ذا انا منبوذ او الصدق لا انصح بالتعامل معهم جداً خدماتهم سيئه ??

التنظيم سيء جداً في المختبر بين الكادر الطبي والاداري، وتاخير في تسليم النتيجة لي رغم انها جاهزة فقط توقيع الدكتور.
السبب لان الدكتور مشغلينه في اكثر من شيء، وقتها كان يسحب عينه!!!! والمريض اللي معي ينتظر بسبب سحب عينه لمريض اخر وسوء تنسيق اداري صراحة شيء استأت منه.

The organization is very bad in the laboratory between the medical and administrative staff, and the delay in the delivery of the result to me, even though it is ready only sign Dr.
The reason is because Dr's operators have more than one thing, then he was pulling his sample !!!! The patient who is waiting for me to withdraw because of his eye to another patient and poor administrative coordination explicitly something of it Acetate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فعلاً التعامل سيء جداً من موظفة الاستقبال وبدون نفس لدرجة تمنيت مارحت لهم فأتمنى من قسم الشكاوى بالمختبر ينظر للملاحظات بعين الاعتبار للمحافظة على سمعة المختبر .

ومع الأسف كثير مختبرات لديهم خصم للمتقاعدين وعند سؤالهم يقولون لا ممكن الدكتور يخصم وممكن لا
والدوام مكتوب يبدأ ٨.٣٠ وصل بعض الموظفين أنا الدكتور يقولوا ممكن ٩ او ٩.١٥
The lab is okay, but the prices are a little bit high
