★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مختبر غير دقيق حللنا كورونا مسحه الصيدليه بالبيت ايجابي ولما حللنا عندهم بنفس اليوم سلبي واعدنا التحليل في المستشفى ايجابيه !!؟

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ افشل مختبر شفته بحياتي هذه ثانيه مره احلل عندهم والنتيجه تتأخر ولا تطلع اول مره قالوا لي أن النتيجه تبي تتأخر بسسبب العطل بالأجهزة ولا ارسلوا لي ولا شي لين اتصلت عليهم وقلت وش صار على النتجيه وهذا الاسبوع رحت وسويت التحليل وإلى الآن واليوم الجمعه ماارسلوا ولا ردو لي بشي او بنتيجه ?مو معقول صراحه انا اطارد وراهم وانا دافعه بفلوسي لو رحت غيرهم كان أفضل واحسن وهذا ان شاء الله اخر مره اروح لمهم.
The failure of a laboratory I saw in my life. This is the second time I analyze with them, and the result is delayed and does not appear. The first time, they told me that the result would be delayed due to equipment failure, and they did not send me anything because I called them and said what happened to the result and this week I went and did the analysis and until now and today Friday they did not send or reply to me Something or a result ? It is not reasonable, frankly, that I am chasing after them and I am paying my money if I went to others, it would have been better and better, and this, God willing, is the last time I go to them.
