★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اخذت من عندهم نظارة ماركة جوتشي وسلموني هيا وكان مسمار الفريم مكسورًا وما انتبهت ولما رجعت لهم قالوا انهم غير مسؤولين بعد التسليم
اما بالنسبة للعدسات كويسه لكن كخدمه مابعد البيع اعطيهم صفر واللي ياخذ من عندهم ينتبه لكل التفاصيل احتياط
 I took Gucci glasses from them, and they handed me over. The frame screw was broken. I didn't notice, and when I came back to them, they said they were not responsible after the delivery.
As for the lenses, they are good, but as an after-sales service, I give them zero, and whoever takes them pays attention to all the details as a precaution.

كأنهم مغصوبين على الشغل ياليت تراجعو موظفينكم!!!

وخدمة سيئة جدا ما بعد البيع
ويا تاخذ من هذي النظارات أو لا
تروح تشتري من برا وبدون مبالغة وبدون تأمين افضل وسعر اقل
اتمنى ومن باب النصيحة لصاحب المحل
إعادة النظر في الموظفيين
ويمكن الي يشفع لكم العامل الأسمراني عشان كذا النجمة تروح له
ولا قسما بالله التقييم بدون نجمة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't feel comfortable with my glass when first time i wore it they say coz it is new and maybe am not use to it now its been 1 week when i got my glass april 8, the feeling when am wearing is like someone has good eyesight then try some glass with grades already... i feel it is not mine at all. As far as i remember the girl measure my eyesight put right as -.75 and left is -.50 ,, now i feel they make it opposite.. i want to go back but unfortunately am in riyadh now.. this glass is expensive 400 from my insurance and 450 for the specs .. it is not good at all ...
