★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شغلهم رائع والاجمل انى متوفر كل شئ ممكن تحتاجة من نضارات وعدسات وعدسات لاصقة وفحص نظر ومتوفر أيضا شركات تأمين والتسليم عندهم بيتم فى ١٠ دقايق.
Their work is great, and the most beautiful thing is that I have everything you can need, including sunglasses, lenses, contact lenses, and an eye examination. Insurance companies are also available, and delivery takes place in 10 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. I strongly don't recommend . I've chosen certain type of glass for my 4years daughter. After 4 days, they did not call me as agreed to confirm insurance acceptance. When I called them, I discovered that they have declared another type of glass cheaper... I went one day later to collect with one hour later than the appointment, but the driver did not reach yet the shop... I have to wait half hour more...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ crazy branch manager, first he ignored me then he was admiring me then turned to fight with me because I described one glass as expensive as i found the same elsewhere at lower price !!!
He attacked me massively repeating they are the biggest brand in Saudi, described me as uneducated and kept repeating !! I apologize just to see what he is going to do but he attacked me more .
I liked one of his glasses but I left because of his attitude, will not visit again.
