★ ★ ★ ★ ★ القطع جميلة جدا و لكن للأسف هناك كذب في التسويق للبضاعة حيث يقال للعميل بأن المجوهرات من الذهب الخالص ثم يتضح أنها مصنوعة من الحديد الملون! بالإضافة لذلك الأسعار مرتفعة جدا مقارنة بالجودة (بغض النظر عن جمال القطع لأن الاكسسوار ايضا جميل و جودته متدنية لكن اسعاره مناسبة) شراء الذهب/الألماس/الفضة أفضل حيث القطع تعيش فترات طويلة للغاية .. أما قطع فري لا تعيش مدة طويلة حيث لدي خاتم انكسر واخر تغير لونه.. حين الشراء يقال للعميل ضمان مدى الحياة لكن لو تضررت احد القطع يطلبون قيمة اصلاح تساوي قيمة القطعة. ايضا الوكيل سيئ في التعامل مع الزبائن لذلك انصح بالشراء من الموقع اونلاين حيث هناك خدمة افضل من خدمة الوكيل بالاضافة لفرق السعر .. بشكل عام بعد مرور ما يقارب اربعة سنوات من التردد على المحل واقتناء القطع قررت التوقف عن التعامل معهم .. هذه تجربتي وشكرا.

In addition to that, the prices are very high compared to the quality (regardless of the beauty of the pieces because the accessory is also beautiful and its quality is low, but its prices are appropriate) Buying gold / diamonds / silver is better where the pieces live for very long periods .. As for the free pieces, they do not live for a long time as I have a ring that broke And the last change of its color .. When buying, the customer is told a lifetime warranty, but if one of the parts is damaged, they require a repair value equal to the value of the piece. Also, the agent is bad in dealing with customers, so I recommend buying from the website online, as there is better service than the agent’s service in addition to the price difference .. In general, after nearly four years of frequenting the shop and acquiring parts, I decided to stop dealing with them .. This is my experience and thank you.

وفي النهاية أفتح موقع الشركة مكتوب بوضوح مطلي ذهب
مع أني سألتها بالحرف هل هذا مطلي ذهب وقالت لا
احذروا منهم فبعد الدفع واكتشاف المشكلة قالوا لي لا يوجد إرجاع

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good products and collection. However, while trying to buy a gift, I was surprised that the shop at RedSeaMall closed 30 mins before prayer time (was closed about 6:20 pm, prayer at 6:50), and opened a while after the prayer finished.

First, the sales lady was claiming that their jewelry is made of pure 24K gold! But turns out its just gold pleated even though she denied that when I asked her
Second, when I asked her about the return policy she said they have no return policy, so if they tricked you to buy anything you are stuck!!
They have beautiful pieces but they don’t worth the high price (gold pleated ring cost around 1900SR!!)
