My experience was very positive, unlike many reviews I see here. I see why, as some employees seem a bit unfriendly. However, in my case, a saleswoman named Sawsan was very welcoming and showed me all the watches I was interested in. Even though the watch I decided on was not available, she asked for my business card and informed me they would contact me once it arrived. I was expecting a call back in 6 months as many friends informed me this was usually the time it took. But I was surprised to get a message from Sawsan that the watch has arrived in less than one month. I'm happy with my purchase. Thank you, Sawsan!

My shopping experience was very positive. I was looking for a watch that was not available in the boutique during my first visit. Lady from Rolex staff named “Maria” took my Buisness card data for the waiting list form.I had doubts that I would receive any call back from boutique !! Surprisingly, Maria called me back couple of months later & informed me that my watch had arrived. She followed up with me till I received my watch. Thanks Maria for your professional customer service & welcoming attitude.

The staff was very unprofessional - not only compared to Rolex’ high standards but to all standards. I went in there, pointed at a watch and asked if the price displayed was the price for the watch. The woman working there said yes, and I told here I would have to call my back to make sure I could buy it. I went to the supermarket to fill money on my sim card so I could call internationally, and I did the phone calls. After an hour I came back to the Rolex store, and I told here I would like to buy the watch. I payed for it, and I was so excited to walk out of there with a Rolex on my wrist. After paying she and her colleague found the box and papers for the watch and went into the back of the store to do some paperwork. After waiting for 10 minutes she told me that the price was wrong and therefore I had to pay additional 8600SAR, which I refused to do, as I already payed the price, she told me. Then they went in back again and called the manager. After another 20 minutes she told me, the manager said the same thing, and that I could also choose to get the money refunded, which I also rejected, as I wanted my watch. I demanded to talk to the manager, and after some discussion back and forth he came to the store and told me the same after fleeing into the back of the store “to see what he could do”. There was nothing to do apparently and after two hours of discussions, money spent on calling internationally, and missing the appointment I had in Ta’if later that afternoon, I accepted to get a refund. All in all a terrible experience, as it is against the law to reject me from getting an item, which I already payed for.
