الشقة نظيفة و كبيرة مكونة من
غرفتين لـ 7 أشخاص وبينهم دورة مياه و صالة
و غرفة ماستر بدورة مياه خاصه
و يوجد مطبخ بغسالة أوتوماتيك و ثلاجة و ميكروويف و غلاية و بعض أواني المطبخ و بوتغاز

سعر الشقة مرتفع
يعيبها أفياش الكهرباء قليلة و بعيدة عن أماكن الجلوس
و كذلك يعيبها المطبخ بدون مكيف
الثلاجة تعتبر صغيرة بالنسبة لشقة كبيرة
التلفاز صغير و موقعه غير مناسب بسبب تركيبه على الجنب
