الغريب، أن لديهم سياسة في الدفع بالبطاقة، ، فقط ما يسمى مدى،،، لا مانع من ذلك فهذه منظومة محلية مميزة،، ولكن الم تسمع الإدارة ان هناك ما يسمى بطاقة ائتمان؟؟؟؟هل تتوقع من زائر المملكة بالذات السائح ان يكون لديه حساب في بنك محلي ليكون لديه (مدى)؟؟؟
ام ان الهلالات التى يتم خصمها مقابل قبولهم للدفع بالبطاقة الائتمانيه،، تسبب خسارة او تؤثر في ارباح كوب قهوة،، لا يقل هامش الربح فيه عن 4ريالات؟؟؟؟إدارة عجيبه.
للامانة،، كانت مقدمة الطلبات حريصه،، على رضاء العميل،، وغيرت كوب القهوة التركى،، مع الاسف نفس الطعم الغريب؟
تم دفع القيمة،، لأن البعض،، مع الاسف ،، يتعامل مع ملاحظات العملاء،، على أنها محاولة للتهرب من دفع القيمة،،

حددنا الطلبات قبل مانوصل للشباك لكن ضاع الوقت واخرّنا الناس إلي ورانا وحنا نغير في الطلبات طلبنا اثنين ميكاتو موجود وطلبنا قهوه مثلجه فرابيه وموكا مثلجه يقول مافيه إلاّ سبانيش لاتيه او بيستاشيو واخذناها الواحد ١٩ ريال مقارنة ببارنيز !!وطلبنا شاي طنجه يقول مافيه اخذنا بدالها شاي نعناع
