★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء فرع تعاملت معاهم جداً سيئ موظفات غير متعاونات ??اقولها عندي مشكلة بحسابي تقولي روحي فرع ثاني!! شغلتك مطولة وعندنا زحمة ! ياليت يشوفون حل لتعامل موظفاتهم مع العملاء والله شي يفشل اللي قاعد يصير ابد مو اسلوب انها تصرفني على فرع ثاني وانا جايه لهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف فرع جدا متخبط الوحده اما ترمي شغلها على الثانية او ماتعرف تخدمك بس تسأل زميلاتها اللي جنبها او المكاتب الاخرى. الموظفات للاسف ماتعرف تمشي على الخطوات لتنفيذ العملية للعميلة والله طلبت اخلاء طرف تقول مانعطي اصلا اخلاء طبعا رفضت اطلع الا معي الاخلاء غصب. النظافة النظافة النظافة للاسف جدا المكان والكراسي والطاولات كانت مغبرة والغبار في كل مكان وكشخص عندي حساسية طلعت وانا اتألم.
لا يوجد موظفات للعملاء المتميزين ولا يعرفوا كيف يخدموا ويريحوا العميل الا ماندر وممكن تكون بس موظفه وحده من كم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف خدمه سيئه الموظفه الي اول ماندخل تحسسك ان البنك ملك لها لا أسلوب ولا احترام للعميل حتى كبيرات السن ترفع صوتها عليهم ولا تحترم احد انا ما اذكر رحت وخدموني وخلصو اموري صراحه من اسوء فروع بنك الراجحي الي تعاملت معهم والله لو في .. بدال النجمه عطيتهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا عميله كويتيه حضرت للبنك لفتح حساب ورفضت الموظفه فتح الحساب بحجه عن طريق اولاين ولكن يوجد لدي مشكله رفض حتي اولاين معي واخبرتها بمشكله عدت لها اكثر من مره ولكنها رفضت تقول روحي قسم الرجال فعلاً ذهبت قسم الرجال ورفض خدمتي موظف ملتحي ( مطوع ) يقول لا نخدم النساء بفرع الرجال ذهبت فرع الندوه رجال رفضوا خدمتي بحجه لايوجد موعد لدي للبنك مع العلم البنك فاضي ولما سالت الموظف لما لا تخدموني والبنك فاضي مافيه عملاء قال والله لو بيدي اخدمك بس المسؤلين عن فتح الحساب رافضين مايبون يشتغلون واحد يقول لثاني انت افتح لها ولا صرفها تجي وقت ثاني هذا اسلوب موظف ويحق لهم التصرف هذا كل وحد ماسك جواله يلعب فيه
