ثانيا انا عميل جديد وابي افتح حساب انتظرت ساعة وجيت للموظف مرمطني عشان العنوان الوطني أقول اطبعه يقول ماعندنا طابعة تهجولت في الشمس والحر ادور من يطبع لي كلمة حق المدير شوفت عيني يتابع وينظم ويباشر العملاء لكن الموظفين برود غير طبيعي

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من اسوء الفروع اللي مريت عليها ( مدير ما يعرف يسيطر على سوء موظفيه ) كل الموظفين الجوالات في اذانيهم و مكالمات ماتوقف العميل جالس منلطع بدون اي خدمه النظام عطلان عذرهم مو معقوله كل ما تمرهم نظامهم عطلان
One of the worst branches I have been to (a manager does not know how to control the bad of his employees) All the employees are mobiles in their ears and calls do not stop the customer sitting, without any service, the system is broken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف فرع لا يرقى لأن يكون تبع الراجحي، فلوس ناس وحلالهم والموظفين يتسحبون .. مقفلين كل الكاونترات ولاطعين خلق الله .. ولو فكر الموظف ان لولا الله ثم العميل كان ماجاه راتبه وانفصل.
Unfortunately, a branch that does not rise to be affiliated with Al-Rajhi, people’s money and their halal, and the employees withdraw.. All counters are closed and God’s creation is obeyed.. If the employee thought that if it wasn’t for God, then the customer would have lost his salary and separated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came before 11:30 Am and their curtains were closing , more than 20 minutes before prayer call, I saw a security man & asked why they are closing earlier than prayer time & he said it is crowded inside and they want to finish those customers, I was angry ? because in google man they’re open till 4 pm but in reality they close before prayer and maybe till 1 pm, I’m trying to do my service now through Rajhi phone & I’m listening to ads till now 24 minutes

being twice to this place with necessary documents to open account, reffred to thier official Web before I go.
they just say go to Al rajih tahweel(money transfer place) which they don't have any proper debit card service.
Here too slow
Never expected such a service from kingdom's top bank.
So better not waste your time in this premises
