Beautiful and classy hotel. Rooms are clean and large. Excellent for families and there is a kitchen and cooking utensils. Private parking is available. There is a children's playroom at reception and a billiards table. The place is quiet and the reception is professional and respected. Booked through the booking program and the price was excellent.

A	Abdullah 7 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فندق جيد لأنه قريب من الخدمات و تعامل الموظفين جيد بس لو انهم يردون على اتصالات العملاء واسعارهم جيدة ، وعندهم سلبيات واضحه مثل المكيفات قديمه في اغلب الشقق وما تبرد وتحتاج تغيير والحمامات الله يكرمكم تحتاج صيانه والانارة ضعيفة و افياش الكهرباء خربانه لازم لها صيانه و الاثاث قدييييم و المصعد ما ينزل الى مواقف السيارات وهذا يسبب صعوبة الوصول لأصحاب الكراسي المتحركة وكبار السن اتمنى من ادارة الفندق الاهتماااام بٱراء العملاء لأن لي اكثر من سنة ونص وأنا كل ما جيت جدة استأجر عندهم واكلم الاستقبال بالسلبيات عشان تتعدل ولا يتغير شي .
