★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انه نزل جيد ونظيف لانه يبعد قليلا عن الحرم.والغرف ليست واسعه .واسعارها مرتفعه قليلاً بالنسبه لباقي الفنادق المجاوره والتي كانت أقرب للحرم المكي.
It is a good and clean hostel because it is a little far from the Haram. The rooms are not spacious. The prices are a little high compared to the rest of the neighboring hotels, which were closer to the Great Mosque.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - موقع الفندق مميز حيث انه يبعد حوالي ١٥ دقيقة عن الحرم المكي سيرا على الاقدام .
- الأسرة بالغرف نظيفه ومرتبة .
- أتمنى عمل صيانة دورية لابواب الغرف ودورة المياة ومتابعتها بشكل مستمر .
- بالرغم من وجود مطبخ صغير مشترك لجميع الغرف بالطابق الواحد الا انه لايوجد به مايكرويف وابريق تسخين الماء وطباخة صغيرة للاستعمال الخفيف .
- خدمة توصيل الطعام من المطعم للغرف غير متوفرة بالفندق .
وختامها أتمنى كل التوفيق والنجاح لإدارة الفندق لأجل الارتقاء بمستوى الخدمة ورضا الزبون عن الفندق .
- The location of the hotel is special as it is about 15 minutes away from the Grand Mosque on foot.
The beds in the rooms are clean and tidy.
- I hope to do periodic maintenance on the doors of the rooms and the bathroom and follow them up on an ongoing basis.
- Although there is a common kitchenette for all rooms on one floor, but it does not have a microwave, water heating jug and a small cooker for light use.
- Food delivery service from the restaurant to the rooms is not available in the hotel.
In conclusion, I wish all success and success to the hotel management in order to raise the level of service and customer satisfaction with the hotel.
