★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked at this hotel and it was a great experience clean quiet great hospitality and the receptionist very nice but there is some disadvantages one of them its far away from services and no cleaning services every day they are not providing hotel services until u ask for it and thats wrong

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Nothing, it was very bad and disappointing.. Negative: Every thing. The bathroom was smell bad and the smell was distributed in every where. The noise came from all surrounded rooms and between the floors. This is not hotel, it is even dose not reach the motel level. I reserved a one bedroom apartment with a certain rate, when I arrived they told me that they rented it to someone else and they substitute it for me by a lower room level with higher rate of money. Finally, I don't recommend this property for people to stay in at all..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel with a good and affordable price close to the beach. Breakfast was included but when we went we couldn't find any employees and many dishes had run out without any refill plus the tables where dirty. However we finally found an employee and he made us some shakshuka upon request and appologized.
I would have given this place a 5 star if it wasn't for that and the greatest 'ayb ever. The kids' room smelled URINE akramakumullah which we didn't notice until we had unpacked and settled. We were exhausted after the trip so we put their beds in our bedroom instead. The smell was horrible! Be careful of room 3003.
And when I complained in the reception upon leaving her reply was "tamam"??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience was just horrible! I arrived the first night and they claimed to not have any rooms that match my booking, which I have made weeks before through Booking.com. After going back and forth, they were able to find me a room. I spent the first night at the hotel and then left early next morning to meet with friends. After spending a long day out (+12 hours), I went back to the hotel just to find the hotel with no electricity, at all! The staff was so rude when I asked whether or not this will take long, and he gave absolutely no information about the situation, and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience! I decided to pack my stuff and leave to another place that has the basic needs (such as electricity) to spend the night. When I asked for a refund for one night for this inconvenience, the staff rudely laughed, declined and claimed that the night is already used, since the checkout was at 3 PM. Not to mention, I had paid a "security deposit" at the time of my check to be refunded at check out, which the staff claiming that they can't give it back to me since there's no electricity and therefore, no access to their systems.
HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.
