★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old property however well maintained mostly. The restaurant (only one) still needs more improvement in the quality of food. The food items are from the 90's. They need to seriously update their menu. Housekeeping only cleans your villa when you call them and insist many times. I will not come again because there is much better options. The adjacent Yacht Club provide good options for water sports and boat rides. The beach is small but nice and clean.

The room were so clean
But my problem where with maintenance who answering the call on number 6 , he was very rude and he didn’t help me actually with my problem in bathtub.. he keep saying im coming but he didn’t come whole day.
Please fire him if you want to success this guy doesn’t deserve to stay in such place

The buffet quality was very good but need more variety.
The stuff was very helpful and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 4th time here and the facility just doesn't disappoint.. Clean sea complemented with great weather. We enjoyed an amazing dinner courtesy of Mr Zakaria to whom we wish to extend our deepest gratitude and the usual tasty lunch.. Thanks to Fatima for her usual professional and caring attitude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to like this facility but unfortunately not any more after this visit .
Started from reception who promised me with view residence and when i arrived i found out it was not the truth, came back to him and said no other room available.
Pool at beach side was dirty and no towel when we asked they said ask room service , went to room service they said call from room first , last thing room was not clean and we found ants .
No facility at the beach .
I think this will be my last time here unfortunately ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ * The size of the villa is excellent; however, the stairs design is not safe for children; at least there should be a carpet on the stairs.
* breakfast is very good with many selections.
* housekeeping is good, but we spend a lot of time calling them to come
* The beach is good
* swimming pools are not that much
* There was jacuzzi beside the pool, but it seems not working

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a nice weekend stay. There are 3 pools(females, and 2 outdoor pools, one with a slide) the beach areas is small. There is a marina. The gardens are well taken care of. There is a kid's playing area which is considered expensive. 100 SR per child for some trampolines and sand area. There are bikes to rent. And the breakfast was included. The price per night was 2000 SR for a 3 bedroom villa whoch is good for 6 persons (pictures attached).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's beautiful resort with lush greenary and access to the marina. Jet Ski for hire available. The beach is clean with clear water. Plenty of activities for kids to keep them entertained. Overall a great place to relax. Room service was a bit frustrating, did not attend to my requests even after multiple attempts.
Resort will be closed from 1st April 2022 for 2 years for renovations.
