★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فندق كان جدا جيد الان من اسوء الفنادق غير كذا يطلب تامين ومافي اش شي بالغرفه لا مويه لا عصير ما ادري التامين ع ايش ممكن نقول عشان مايتكسر شي بس الي يشوف حرصهم واصرارهم ع التامين تقول تلقا الغرفه ولا غلطه لما رفعت غطاء السرير لقيت حشره اضافة الي النظافه بشكل عام سيئه جدا انا سكنت فيه قبل 3 سنوات او سنتين ونص تقريبا كان رائع جدا الان مستحيل اكررها شكل المالك تغير او في شي خطاء والله يحاسبني اذا ظلمتهم بشي

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اجنحه همس فيه مصري في الاستقبال اسمه أحمد رجل طيب وفاضل وحبوب واخلاق عليه ومحترم ومعاملته طيبة ولم ارى منه إلا كل خير يستاهل التميز.
استأجرت عنده ثلاث مرات وبسببه استأجر عنده أما عن النظافه والهدوء فلم أجد شيء كل شيء مرتب والخدمات رائعة . تحية كبيرة لأحمد

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كانت نظيفة وممتازة خاصة مع الطاقم السابق محمد المصري واليماني وعمال الخدمة جميعهم كانوا متميزين في التعامل الجيد مع الزبائن وسرعة الاستحابة والبشاشة والاخلاق الجميلة .
ولكن بعد تغيير الادارة والطاقم اصبحت الشقق سيئة للغاية لم تتم المحافظة ع المستوى والاثاث مستهلك ولدرجة ان تجهيزات دورة المياه مثل المناشف وفرش الاسنان غير موجودة.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مركز المساج الي بالفندق سيء سيء سيء جداً ومافيه مصداقه بالوقت يعني دافع 170 ريال في 40د والعرض يقول 50د ؟؟؟ يعني الدقيقه ب 5 ريال ومراح اجيهم مره ثانيه ابدا حتى النجمه خسارة فيهم صراحه

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الفندق جيد. الاستقبال في المساء لاتعتمد عليه في الطلبات يتركك في النسيان. النظافه : وضعت سله نفايات خارج الشقة وبقيت اكثر من 12 ساعة لم يتم التخلص منها.
The hotel is good. Reception in the evening does not depend on it for requests, it leaves you in oblivion. Cleanliness: a wastebasket was placed outside the apartment and remained for more than 12 hours and was not disposed of.

بصراحه حطيت النجمه علشان الموظفين حقين الأستقبال وخدمة الغرف متعاونين ولا يقصرو بشئ
أما من ناحية فرش الغرف فهو متهالك وقديم والأثاث يحتاج تغيير بالكامل والعزل بين الغرف جداً سيئ لامن ناحيت أصوات أو روائح مع أن المنطقه اللي فيها الشقق تعتبر حيويه وحولها خدمات ممتازه المفروض يطورو من نفسهم نتمنى لهم التوفيق

Frankly, I gave the star because the staff have the right to the reception and room service, they are cooperative and do not fall short of anything
As for the furniture of the rooms, it is dilapidated and old, the furniture needs to be completely changed, and the insulation between the rooms is very bad for security in terms of sounds or smells, although the area in which the apartments are considered lively and around it are excellent services, they are supposed to develop from themselves. We wish them success
