★ ★ ★ ★ ★ وجهتي للسكن بالرياض ولا افكر تغييره من تم افتتاح الشقق الى اليوم زبونه دائمه عندهم ( نظافه تفوق مستوى الفنادق ٧ نجوم . خدمه راقيه . الاستقبال و لا اروع جداً محترمين حتى العمال تعاملهم سريع .. محافظين جداً على مستوى النظافه . الشقه كل اغراضها كامله ونظيفه ..
مواقف للسيارات .
كفايه بالاستقبال يوفر القهوه والشاي والشكولاته والمشروبات البارده
جلسات حلوه بالاستقبال.
بالقرب من الشقق حلاق و مغاسل ملابس بقاله مطاعم ايضاً خباز محل خضار كل شي متوفر ..
انصح وبقوه السكن فيها والله على ما اقول شهيد.
وشكرا شقق بسمات الشرقيه على هذا المستوى من الاداره الى العمال..

بس لايوجد عزل اسمع الشاحنات الرايحه والجايه اللي نومهم خفيف بيعانون حبتين +استغربت عدم وجود مرايه بدورة المياه ??
