A	Ahmed Shukri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an excellent choice of accommodation if you are looking for reasonable, value for money option. Boudl maintains excellent set of standards across all the branches in KSA and you can expect hotel level customer service and facilities. The place is designed to welcome families and many of the branches are located in excellent locations in major cities. The staff are very helpful and your stay will be very comfortable.
A	Ahmed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a nice place to stay in especially for short period. The place is starting to worn-out yet clean and smells good. The underground parking has no direct acc to elevators, the same thing applies to the gym, kids area and the pool. Also, the building has only one elevator. Coming to this apartment is difficult when you come from the Northern ring.
A	Al Fageeh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No towels after 2 hours it came and thrown on the chair, carpet and chairs are cigarettes burnt, the no disturb sign has no meaning to the workers, door card it worked after 50 traials, front desk are extra nice as all Riyadh locals that is the only thing beside the building. The building is new clean but they need to add the global touch

M	Mashael on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful, neat & clean suites. They have gym as well as swimming pool. Currently the pool is accessible for Men only no kids allowed. They have a cute play area too.
H	Hamdan Alshehri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 0 star but the staff are very friendly and gentle. The price is very high compared to the life of the furniture in the rooms and amenities. The kitchen is not practical since it does not function properly and lacks to the most important item which is Water Kettle! The second room door cannot be closed because it hits the bed! The design is old and not matching with ever part of the furniture and style. The coffee and tea are cheap ones. I had to call for cleaning spillage on the floor (by kids) and the janitor came with napkins to remove it... I had to ask for a mop to wipe it my self and spent more time on explaining how to clean it. Shower does not have partition or drainage, you need to remove the cap on the middle of the toilet before taking a shower. With such price, you can get 2 rooms in 4 star hotel at a decent rate and better service.

K	Kyle Carter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great family hotel for a very reasonable price. Has an inside kids play area and indoor swimming pool which was awesome. My only complaints are about the room specifically (room 101). 1. The security latch on the front door is installed backwards so it doesn't latch properly. 2. No microwave (which was not a big deal as we had a two burner stove and pan/utensils were provided). 3. Wifi signal did not cover the entire apartment. Only reach to the dining table after that it would drop out. 4. The shower head does not move so for me it sprayed me right in the face and for my wife it went over her head. 5. The shower drain is higher than the rest of the floor so the water does not drain all the way and there's at least .5 to 1 inch of water left in the shower. 6. Was not a really big deal for us, but the lighting in the bathroom is a little dim. 7. The power plugs by the bed are installed to close to the floor so trying to plug in chargers is very difficult. I would recommend rotating the plugs.
