★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فندق راقي ونظيف جداً التعقيم والأهتمام واضح .حبيت تجربتي للسكن فية واكررها البوفية ومكانة جميل ومطل كل شي متوفر بالغرفة حتى ماكينة الاسبريسو نظافة الغرف ودورات المياة عالية جداً الموظفين سريعون في تقديم الخدمات السلبية الوحيدة فية هو ان الفندق في شارع يتم فية اعمال الطرق احياناً تسمع بعض الازعاج حتى وقت النوم. والطريق مع الازدحام يكون صعب ولاكنة فندق رائع واكرر زيارتي لة بباقي الفروع.
 A very clean and elegant hotel. Sterilization and attention is clear. I liked my experience of living in it, and I repeat it with the buffet and a beautiful place. Everything is available in the room, even the espresso machine. Clean rooms and bathrooms are very high. Disturb until bedtime. And the road with congestion is difficult, and it is a wonderful hotel, and I repeat my visit to it with the rest of the branches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My initial perception and review about this hotel was good until I requested to change the room to new one due to unpleasant outside room view and to move my assembled luggage. I returned to hotel by evening to find that I don’t have new room and that my previous room is not neat or clean. Front desk staff were unable to make simple decisions to accommodate my request although they were informed since morning and receptionist ask me to complain to duty manager who was not present either. Such a waste of time and money for me and having untrained or empowered resources.
