★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym needs quick corrective and preventive maintenance regarding its bodybuilding equipments, lockers, showers and swimming pool facilities. There are some safety hazards too that needs to be taken into consideration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's no hot water in the showers and although I complained this didn't change. Yesterday, water ran out and many ladies were stuck in the shower because of no water! And finally when it came - it was ice cold! Cleanliness also needs improvement and pool needs maintenance - the tile chip at the bottom of the pool is falling off and it hurts the feet especially during aqua burn

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to use kettle bells and they told me only if I joined turbo with extra charges .. as kettle bell for fitness time is an advanced technique !! Or something ! The whole branch doesn’t have kettle bells with regular registration it has to be with a trainer .. !!!!! This is not a full equipped gym .. also all the people working there are not fit at all .. and they don’t understand fitness .. except for the coaches how will they be understanding to the customers needs if your boss is lazy and your employees are lazy people too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have to go when going to mecca. but i noticed that some of the machines need maintenance and some needs to be fix cause it’s broken. the trainers have no clue what they are doing. and the cleaning lady gave me attitude when told her to clean a coffee that was spilled near the dumbbell rack. its nothing like jeddahs branches. if you need water you have to buy it from a vending machine for 2 riyals.
