★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سجلت على عرض أنا و اختي مع بعض لمدة 3 شهور 1600 والاجهزة لا بأس بها كل جهاز له وقت محدد مرتين فقط مع تمرينات حرة مع المدربة، لكن مرة رحت كلاس مجانا وشفت بنت تتمرن معانا ومرات تطالع في التمرينات وماتسوي شي طلعت مدربة جديدة بيوظفوها عندهم وواضح ماعندها خبرة ولاشي وقاعدة تحفظ التمارين عشان تسويها لنا بعدين?
I signed up for a show with my sister and I for 3 months, 1600, and the devices are okay. Each device has a specific time only twice, with free exercises with the trainer, but once I went to a class for free and saw a girl practicing with us and sometimes looking at the exercises and nothing happened. A new trainer came out and they hired her. It is clear She has no experience, nothing, and a rule to save the exercises to do for us later ?

Cardio area is small.. But allover machines got increased weight training area is now spreaded in 2 parts and the swimming pool is the coolest.
They have to maintain hygiene standards by keeping liquid hand wash, tissue papers and for got sake repair those water dropping sealing.
More over for these many facilities for less price is worth.
