★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management of this space can not keep the open hours correctly. You go there, you don’t know if it’s open or not. During Ramadan is worst. No communication with phone or with a manager is possible.
The writer hours doesn’t work! It’s only lies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was an Egyptian personal trainer there who talked to me in a bad manners for just bringing my gym bag inside the gym, plus it was my first day in the gym, he made my workout session untasteful because of his approach.
To all the time pro fitness staffs, please reconsider your decision of employing indecent personal trainer because it makes the gym look bad!
Speaking of the gym equipments, it’s undoubtedly the best equipped gym I have seen so far, it has all the leg exercises you need as well as back exercises and chest, I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ being there for 6 months, i felt the place is good and little crowded during evenings, trainers are not English friendly, they are more comfortable with Arabic. trainers need to show some courtesy towards fresh gym joiners as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No maintenance. Pool showers aren't working, steam bath isn't working. And everytime you ask about it, they say it's under maintenance! Or say that it's closed because of covid! Smh

The pool is great, big and not too crowded at night + jacuzzi is awesome showers and changing rooms are available lockers too (but you have to bring your own lock or buy one at the place)

The one in Jizan is Fitness Time- Pro, it specifically designed for professionals. It has one of the cleanest swimming pool I have ever seen and modern fitness equipment.
It is located close to the popular Hyperpanda mall in Jizan, about 5 minutes drive away.
