★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربتي مع الدكتور زكريا ممتازة جداً وهو دكتور شاطر وفاهم ماشاءالله عليه.. لكن مشكلتي انه كان عندي موعد مراجعة اليوم وتأجل واللي بالإستقبال تتكلم بدون نفس ولا اسلوب اتصلت علي تقول لي الموعد تأجل وقفلت في وجهي طيب ممكن انا عندي استفسار ممكن اي سؤال ما ينفع هذا الكلام يا جماعه

بكل أمانه تجربتي مع المركز رائعه جدًا
بجميع موضفيه سواء استقبال أو إداريين أو الكوادر
الطبية المعالجة ، وأخص بذالك موظفين الاستقبال على رأسهم الأستاذة (وجدان) يعني إنسانه أثناء الإتصال بك تحسسك إنك مش مريض مراجع بالعكس إسلوب يخليك تحس إنك فرد من العائله لديهم يعني تطمن على حالة المريض قبل إعطاءه موعد المراجعه الله يعطيكم العافيه وأتمنالكم التوفيق ❤️

The medical treatment, and in particular the reception staff headed by Professor (Wejdan), means a human being. When calling you, you feel that you are not a patient. On the contrary, a method that makes you feel that you are part of their family. I mean, you check on the patient’s condition before giving him an appointment for a review. اخص بالشكر الكبير للأخصائي سعيد الذي كان سبب بعد الله في تحسن و تطور ابنتي. و كذلك اخص بالشكر لموظفة الإستقبال وجدان على تعاملها و حرصها على المراجعين

كنت احدى المراجعين عند د. ريان فؤاد وتجربتي معها جداً رائعة تعامل ممتاز واسلوب حلو وكذلك تشجيع للتغير للأفضل قبل ابدا بالجلسات العلاجية معها ما كان عندي ثقة بنفسي ولا كان عندي اي اهتمام غير كيف يراني الناس بس مع الجلسات عرفت ان راي الناس فيني ابدا مو مهم والاهم هو كيف يراني الله وكيف انا اشوف نفسي قبل وبعد تغيرت كثير وفخورة اني تلقيت العلاج عند دكتورة همها المريض وتغييره للأفضل وانصح اللي عنده مشكلة نفسية خل كلام الناس وراك وابدا علاج?

I was one of the reviewers at Dr. Rayan Fouad and my experience with her is very wonderful, excellent treatment and sweet style, as well as encouragement to change for the better. Before starting the treatment sessions with her, I did not have confidence in myself, nor did I have any interest other than how people see me, but with the sessions I knew that people’s opinion of me is never important and the most important is how God sees me and how I see myself before and after I have changed a lot and I am proud that I received treatment from a doctor who cares about the patient and change it for the better. I advise those who have a psychological problem, let people talk about you and start treatment?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ السلام عليكم فعلا جدا مركز رائع في خدمته للتنسيق المواعيد وضبطها وتذكير المراجع بموعده قبلها هاذا جدا أكثر من رائع تشكر الدكتور رشاد على اختيار طاقم ممتاز مع اني تعرض للذل مع اخصائيه العلاج السلوكي برغم من اني جيت في وقتي ودخلت العياده وتكلمت مع الاستقبال ليه دخلت في وقتي واني ساقول بسرقتها اتمني يوصل للدكتور المراجع يجي يتعالج من عشان يسرق أو يسوي شي
