S	Shahid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty, stinky, nasty, smelly, disease ridden. You might as well stay in a sewer it's probably cleaner. The staff are rude (except the cafe worker who is friendly), the manager really could not care less how you feel. The workers don't want to be there and the rooms are old worn down dirty and the bathrooms tiny. Really avoid this place unless you want to waste your money on garbage.

The Saudi lady behind the reception who was a bit arrogant in my opinion. And even worse, the bell boys and the people from maimtemamce. They were the worst. Kept me waiting for nothing. Didn't communicate at all. My AC was broken and they didn't do anything about it. And when I wanted to change rooms, there was no manager present. No one behind the reception. How is that possible for a hotel?? They kept me waiting for 1.5 hours before I was able to go to sleep. Horrible place!!
A	Amir Raza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious room with two toilets and a big clauset to manage your luggage. A very friendly staff and free parking. The location is also very nice. 450 for two nights in such place is a good value for money
T	Taiba Recipes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 star for location.. and very spacious room with 2 toilets .. comfortable bed and street view .. direct 5 mins way to gate number 16 and women's toilet number 8 .. very helpful stay for women . But for ziyara you have to walk 10 mins more. broken lift - lift door is very dangerous it's shuts quickly.. Toilet is not so clean and water comes out . Not supporting staffs .. broken kettle .. we asked to repair but no response We paid 220 riyal for 4 bed single room and i think it's good price compared to other near by hotel Overall good for stay ????
S	Shammas Majeed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main reason to select this hotel is that it is about 400 m away from gate 16. Checkin is smooth during non rush hours,but during rush hours it's really hard.parking can be an issue as they have underground parking for around 9 cars especially for sedan. You need to be very careful while going to basement parking as the turning radius is very less. Rooms are spacious, centralized air condition was not that good in my room. Toilets are pathetic with less space, broken toilet covers, broken bath tubs and there is no proper space I side bathroom. Stagnant water is other issue in bathroom. The drainage system is not so good that water from bathroom will enter to hand wash area and always there is stagnant water. Restaurants are nearby especially chicking and other brands. Never expect a class rooms and services but the highlight is the distance from haram. Its walkable distance. Also the price when comparing to other hotels nearby haram, this hotel offers a reasonable price.

Stayed 6 nights during which room was cleaned only once after rigorous reminders/follow-up and intervention of Staff Supervisor Ms. Sameera who was extremely courteous/helpful.
S	Shoaib Amin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably poor customer service: 1) room not cleaned for 4 days. We asked 3 times! And had the 'Please clean' sign on the door. 2) Had to use the same towels for 3.5 days. Asked for new towels 3 times (one reply i got was we don't have any left) 3) The main light was not working when we arrived and after reporting it 3 times still no one came to fix it! 4) No phone in the room to call reception/housekeeping. 5) Had to move rooms due to large mould growing in and around the bathtub and the toilet was so close to the bath i had to tiptoe. *When i asked to move rooms they were extremely unpleased! 6) Room cleaners were rude. It felt like asking them for a towel was a major job for them, rolled their eyes etc! Reception area looks fairly good but not don't be fooled!
