The staff was rude and not apologized to us.
We asked for refund or changed the meal due to the burnt food but he refused.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is slow even when there is no crowd. Expect 30-40 mins waiting of time when it is crowded. The burgers are average, slightly overcooked most of the times. However, the fries were seasoned well. Overall, its pricey for its value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their burgers are not bad. Their fries are very tasty but only come in thin cut. The price is definitely too expensive for what you get. Service is the worst I've ever had! Seriously, I used to go there at least once a week, you'd think they'd have some respect for a loyal customer. They have a deal where the 20th time you eat there you get a free meal. In order to get this deal you can only buy the same meal each and every time and the meal you get for free can only be that same meal. This was never communicated on a sign or on the rewards card given or by word of mouth. Also another time I bought a meal and had to leave urgently so I asked for a refund immediately just after giving the money and they refused; my meal didn't start getting prepared. Also another time there was a hair in my friends mayonnaise and they refused to give him another mayonnaise. How stingy! I will never go back there ever again!!
