★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered through one of the food delivery apps, it took them 90 minutes to prepare three meals.
The burger was undercooked and inedible, the French fries were disgusting ? and neither fried nor baked. The bun was soggy and unfree had.
I don’t recommend it at all and I hope the management does something about this mess.
P.S., when you’re overcrowded and can barely deliver to your wall-in customers, don’t accept orders from food delivery apps, and then take forever to prepare the meals. Be professional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are really fooling customers. I sent my driver to them and I did receive my order is cold; By the way, my home 3 mintues far from the branch.
((It was already made before I ordered and this the way they compete the time)). More over, I did tell the Casher that "I need my sandwiches to be a new made even if I need to wait", but I found out he did not care and for sure he is not respecting the customer well like he pretended to be.
This is not acceptable at all and it is bad act.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over all experience is normal i tried their new offered burgers its good taste. They will inform you that it will spicy but if you spicy lover definitely you will disappoint as its spiced with jalapenos only.
Service is good and order taker was friendly.
Just only missing they don't have digital menu with barcode and even printed so so you have to stay and watched each slide on thier dispaly
