★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slowwwww service. Literally, after all the frustration and patience of waiting for an hour to get the shisha, guess wat, it was served without coal. (Add another 10 minutes for the coal) . Eventually, just paid for the long waited drink and left. Serious service improvements needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there in the afternoon to see a football game. They didn’t let us watch it in the big screen and instead we sat down in the first floor with a small tv. Service is terrible and it take a lot of time. I think they focus more on live music events in the evening
