★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited there almost half hour knocked the door , ringed the bell, but no response. Worst service. At Least they should put notice if they are not working. Nothing. Shame on etihad. Look at the emmirates they are great.

Please, provide proper costumer service.office hrs as listed: 9am to 4pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This office is closed. Went at 12pm and the door was closed. There was a sign on the door saying to call the call centre. They don't work at the office anymore since the pandemic. Save your time and call them from your home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bad experience with Etihad airways staff in Jeddah Airport. They operate Jeddah to Abu Dhabi the web page of Saudi Airlines state customers to approach Etihad bcoz Saudi keep cancelling their flight. Both Saudi and Etihad keep pushing customers to each other offices till the flight time and customers were not put on board. I was ready to pay extra to leave but Etihad supervisors do not know their job and neither Saudi airlines know their job. They keep talking bad about each other and no respect for the customers having valid ticket. Very unprofessional Etihad and Saudi Airlines at Jeddah airport.
