وأسوأ معامله.
حتي الفاتوره لا ختم ولا توقيع وموظف سئ .
توصلت مع خدمة العملاء مفيش اي نوع من التعاون.
لا أعلم كيف لا يوجد ختم في مكتب شركه تدعي انها محترمه.
Honestly, the worst experience.
And the worst deal.
Even the invoice is not stamped or signed and a bad employee.
I reached with customer service no kind of cooperation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انصح وبشدة بعدم استئجار وحجز السيارات عن طريق Booking لأن البرنامج يحجز ويلزمك بالدفع والسيارات غير متوفرة في مكتب التأجير (هذا ما حصل لي اليوم) مما جعلني استأجر سيارة ثانية وأدفع مرة ثانية وأطلب استرجاع المبلغ المدفوع في المرة الأولى والله وحده العالم متى يرجع..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مواعيد العمل المسائية الموضحة على واجهة المكتب ليوم السبت من ٥:٠٠ مساء وحتى ١٠:٠٠ مساء، وعند حضوري الساعة ٤:٥٠ مساء وانتظرت حتى ٥:١٠ مساء؛ كان المكتب ما يزال مغلقًا !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء شركة تأجير تعاملت معها للأسف وموظفي التحصيل من الجنسية المصرية يتصلون على العميل بشكل مزعج علشان يحصلون على عموله وهذا مخالف للنظام ولا رقيب او حسيب وكنت عميل منتظم واسدد بشكل منتظم ايجار شهري ومحافظ على السياره لكن ما يفرقون بين العملاء يحسسونك بعدم ثقتهم في العملاء بسبب موظفي التحصيل في المقر الرئيسي وانهيت تعاملي معهم وكذلك جميع الموظفين عندي وتعاملنا مع شركة تحترم العميل
