★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئين ججدًا استأجرت من عندهم سياره اخذو تامين ٧٠٠٠ قالوا بنرجعه بعد تسليم السياره ب ١٤ يوم عدا شهر وانا اكلم الكول سنتر يقولون مو من عندنا واكلم الاداره الماليه محد يرد جججدا سيئييين وحتى لمن قدمت شكوى مافي اي اهتمام بالعميل بس ياخذون الفلوس ولا يرجعونها
 Very bad. I rented a car from them. They took 7000 insurance. They said we will return it after the delivery of the car in 14 days, except for a month. I speak to the call center. They say it is not from us.

افضل شركة تأجير السيارات فارس للسيارات كل خدماتهم اهتمامهم علي سياراتهم بي دقه لو عميل اخذ يشيك علي سياره قبل ما ياخذها لو فيها خدوش او دقات بسيطه يتحاسب لو قدره الله ماشي في ماشي في طريق ان يحاسب كل دقه

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كنت مسوي حجز يوم ٣ مايو الساعة ١ ظهرا ولما ذهبت للفرع بلغني الموظف المسؤول انة لا يوجد سيارات ولما عرضت علية الحجز والايميل المرسل من الشركة لم يهتم وتعامل مع الموضوع باستهتار وبدون أدنى مسؤولية وكان يوجد سيارتين أمام الفرع بسألهم عنهم أفادني انهم محجوزين. أتمنى تصحيح هذة الأمور الخاطئه في الشركة وشكرا
