The services are excellent, good reception and excellent dealing with customers by the staff, in addition to the site in the Naseem scheme in Makkah, the Al Rajhi buildings are very good and parking is available.

A	Abdullah Qasim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مازرت الفرع .. ولكن الانصال سيء جدا ماتسمع شي تشويش بشكل مقرف ماتسمع ايش يقولوا .. للاسف محد يرد الا بعد اكثر من نص ساعه .. والخدمات الالكترونيه سيئة الابليكيشن سيء جدا .. وفوق هذا البطاقه ماتتحمل في الابل باي غريب بنك من الامارات وبهذا السوء I went to the branch..but the communication is very bad..you don't hear anything about distortion in a disgusting way..you don't hear what they say..unfortunately no one answers until after more than half an hour..and the electronic services are bad..application is very bad..above this card is not charged in the camel.
I	Ibrahim Alawi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ التعامل رائع وبالذات الأخ سعيد المالكي. نسبة التحويل من ريال سعودي إلى درهم إماراتي عالية جدا مقارنة ببعض البنوك السعودية، أعتقد هذه فرصة مميزة يجب التركيز عليها من البنك لجذب الزبائن الذين عندهم حوالات كثيرة من وإلى دبي. Dealing is wonderful, especially brother Saeed Al-Maliki. The conversion rate from Saudi riyals to UAE dirhams is very high compared to some Saudi banks. I think this is a special opportunity that the bank should focus on to attract customers who have many transfers to and from Dubai.
