٥ شهور عشان تطلع بطاقتي
وكل ما جيتهم نظامهم عطلان ما اقدر اسحب ولا احول ايش ذا الفشل وندمت ياليتني ما سويت بطاقتي عندهم فاااااااااااشل
Bad bank by all accounts
5 months to get my card
And every time their system has broken down, I cannot withdraw and not divert what this failure is, and I regret it. I didn’t have settled my card with them.

Very bad treatment from entering the door of the bank and the receptionist is not on the mobile and speaks from Khashmeh's side until peace is genie!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لأول مره ازورهم وشي مؤسف تعاملهم الان خرجت من عندهم طلب مني الموظف واللي كان يشتغل شغلتي والمفروض ينعي لي طلبي باسرع وقت قاعد يحل مشاكل زملائه مع القروض العقاريه لعميله ماهي موجوده وحضر زميله التاني يطلب له كتابة اسم باللغه الانجليزيه ع الجهاز واستكمل معاه وانا قاعده اتفرج على دا الاسلوب ماسكة نفسي عنهم طلب مني اروح لمدير العمليات اسلمه الورقه عشان يوقع ومدير العمليات ارسلني للمدير العام عشان اوقع في الأخير يطلبني ارجع الورق للموظف الأساسي حسيت انه اشتغل مراسله عندهم فوق دا كله شايفين الأمر عادي احسب انا اللي حارفع المعامله او ليا دخل في دا كله واتضح لي ماعندهم مين يخدمهم لاهما ولا مديرهم ومافي اي ذوق ينقلوني من مكتب لمكتب ادهل عليهم اخلص لهم توقيعاتهم اللي المفترض يكون في تسلسل بينهم وبين بعض يتناقلوه مو انا العميله الضيفه اللي هو انا ودي اول مره ادخل فرعهم وان شاء الله الاخيره اتجهت للصراف نفس الشي ارتاحي عشان نحتاج وقت انتظرت مانتهت الشغله رموا اوراقي وكملو اعمالهم وانا بانتظر معايا سيارة كريم خرجت واخدت اوراقي عشان مضطره اجيهم بكرا واشوف ايش بيصير كمان فرع العوالي الجفالي داطبعاً لا مسؤوليه ولا اهتمام ولاترحيب وكمان استقلال بالعمبل وتشغيله لخدمتهم عيب اللي بتسووه
