★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمة عملاء التمويل التأجيري للسيارات.. الخدمة بطيئة جدا والانتظار طويل جدا بسبب كثرة المراجعين وقلة الموظفين. خدمة تفويض السيارة يجب أن تكون إلكترونية.. لماذا زيارة الفرع!! .. فعلا بنك متخلف رغم التقدم الإلكتروني في الإمارات والسعودية.
طبعا المشكلة في النظام وليس الموظفين الرائعين والمتعاونين.
Car leasing customer service.. The service is very slow and the wait is very long due to the large number of visitors and the lack of staff. The car authorization service must be electronic.. Why visit the branch!! .. Really, a backward bank, despite the electronic progress in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Of course, the problem is with the system, not the wonderful and helpful staff.
