★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were very unprofessional, we booked ahead for F1 event since October and they canceled our booking 2 weeks prior to date claiming it was closed for renovation on our dates !!!!!!
Now we call them and they say it’s available for triple the price !!
That really ruined the mood for event !

Staff could be more responsive to customer requests though, and the rooms could use newer furniture.
Very friendly front desk. Reasonably clean. Super awesome location. If you are on a budget and you want a place in the best part of Jeddah, this is your go to place.
