★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in a standard double/twin room, the room is carpeted and has no tea/coffee station and the blankets furry, I would suggest standard hotel linen. The beds were comfortable and there is a bar fridge, the room and hotel was clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is away from Haram and on the hill, they do provide shuttle every 45 minutes. Room service is not available, had breakfast in the room and had to remove the plates by myself, kept them in the corridor but it wasn't removed. Breakfast is ok, price is good so is the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is great with all the necessary amenities, bus facility is provided for every Prayer from Hotel to Masjid Al-Haram but still I found it far, you cannot go by walk and most important there is no restaurants near by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel room is okay; clean and livable. Bathroom sink is tiny. The location of the hotel is quite far from haram and on a mountain so you have to climb a height. Prepare to hike!

Breakfast is average.
Cleaniliness is good but probably they are under staff so no regular cleaning.
Stayed here for a week was a good overall experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, no slippers inside bathroom. Windows with no safety lock. Door safety chain was failed to perform its function. I guess, they put their own people to grant stars themselves. One of the best thing was their shuttle service all total, 24 hrs, which really compensated the pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant experience indeed. 24-hour shuttle to Haram. Staff are well behaving. Good rooms. Except that the rooms are compact with not enough place to move around.
