★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a flight and purchased tickets online. Then I wanted to cancel but it wasn't doable on line. Tried calling without any luck. Drove there and cancelled. They said refund will be paid 4-6 weeks¿¿ After 10 weeks, I called and customer service answered but they said I had to come to the office. I went to the accounting dept. I gave him the ticket number. He flipped thru a small pile on his desk and asked Khalid. I said yes. He made two clicks on his PC and said refund in 5 days. I asked what would happen if I had not came to them. No reply.
